The paperwork lives with the shipment.

Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, permit. Attached to the shipment they belong to, where your team can find them, and shared with your client only when you say so.

What you get

Out of the inbox, onto the job.

Filed by shipment, not by folder

Nobody has to remember a naming rule. Open the shipment and the documents are there, for anyone on your team.

Share one file, not the folder

You choose which documents appear on the tracking page. The consignee sees their packing list without seeing your costing.

A record of who saw what

Opens are recorded, so “I never received the B/L” has an answer that does not involve searching a mailbox.

Hold it back until you are paid

Upload the invoice now and leave it internal. Flip one toggle when the payment lands and it is on their page.

Your team, not your inbox

Anyone you invited can find the file, so a shipment does not stall because one person is on leave.

Everything in one list

On a paid plan the Documents page shows every file across every shipment, so you can find one without knowing which job it was on.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

01

Attach the file

Drop it on the shipment. Every plan can do this, including the free one.

02

Decide what the client sees

Mark a document as shared and it appears on the tracking page. Leave it and it stays internal.

03

Find it later in one place

On a paid plan the Documents page lists every file across every shipment, in one list.

FAQ

Before you upload.

Can my client download the file, or only look at it?
Download. A consignee usually needs the actual document, not a picture of one. Only the files you marked as shared are on the page at all.
What happens to my files if I move to a cheaper plan?
They stay. Nothing is deleted when a plan changes. What you lose is access to the features the cheaper plan does not include, and you get it back when you move up.
Who on my team can see a document?
The people you invited to your workspace. Documents follow the shipment, so anyone who can open the shipment can open its files.

Put your next B/L where it belongs.

Attach a document to a shipment and share it in one click. Nothing to set up first.
