AWB tracking without the airline portal.

Add the air waybill. Freightneo reads the airline from the number itself and follows the shipment, so nobody on your team needs a login for each carrier’s site.

What you get

The waybill does the work.

Type the AWB, that is it

The first three digits name the airline, so you do not pick one from a list. Paste the number and the shipment starts tracking.

Received, manifested, departed, arrived

Air moves fast and the steps are short. You see them in plain words, with the time each one happened.

Your client sees it too

The same tracking page as ocean, with your name on it. On an urgent air job that is usually the difference between one call and five.

The last mile is yours to record

Delivered to the consignee’s door is rarely in an airline feed. You or your agent log it in one tap and the page is complete.

Silence gets noticed

An air shipment sitting too long between steps moves to the top of your dashboard, which matters more when the whole job is three days.

The paperwork travels with it

AWB copy, invoice, permit. Attached to the shipment, and shared with the consignee only if you say so.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

01

Paste the air waybill

Eleven digits. The airline comes from the number, so there is nothing else to choose.

02

Send the link

Your client opens it in a browser. No app, no login, and it works on a phone.

03

Add anything the feed misses

Delivered to the consignee’s door is often yours to record, not the airline’s. One tap.

FAQ

Before you start.

Which airlines are covered?
The major carriers, read from the AWB prefix. If an airline does not publish anything usable, the shipment still runs on entries you or your agent make, and your client sees the same page either way.
Can I track air and ocean in the same place?
Yes. One list, one dashboard, one way of sharing. The steps differ by mode because the moves differ, but everything else is the same.
Do house air waybills work?
Yes. Record the master and the house air waybill on the same shipment. The airline feed follows the master, and each consignee gets a link to their own shipment only.

Follow your next AWB from one screen.

One number in, one link out, and the phone stops ringing. It takes about five minutes to try.
