Nothing goes quiet without you knowing

A B/L with no container after two days. A forwarder silent for five. An ETA that moved. Your dashboard tells you before your warehouse does.

Your data is secured and walled off

Your data is isolated per tenant at the database itself.

Passwordless sign-in

One-time email codes, no passwords to phish or leak.

Gated, attributed sharing

Links open through the gate you choose; every open is logged.

An audit trail by design

Every update is kept, history is never overwritten.

Why Freightneo

One view of every shipment, whoever moves it.

Each forwarder sends updates in their own format, on their own schedule. Freightneo puts all of it in one place your team owns.

Every forwarder, one list

Two forwarders or ten, ocean and air, one screen. No more reconciling three email threads and a spreadsheet.

Updates you do not have to ask for

Milestones arrive from the carrier feed. Where a lane has none, your forwarder or supplier updates through a link you send. No account for them.

Know what needs chasing

A shipment that has gone quiet moves to the top of your dashboard. You chase the forwarder before the warehouse asks you.

Documents where the shipment is

The B/L, the invoice, the packing list, saved against the shipment. When customs asks, you find it in seconds.

Share with your buyer or your warehouse

Exporters send a live page to the buyer. Importers send it to the warehouse or to sales. A link, no login, every open logged.

Numbers for the next negotiation

Volume by lane and by carrier, and the transit time each lane really took. Facts on the table when rates renew.

Keep your forwarders

Nothing changes on their side. Freightneo sits beside the tools and the relationships you already have.

Ready in minutes

Sign up with your email, drop in a B/L, see the shipment. No setup fee, no IT work and no training course.

A record you can show

Every update is saved with the date and time it happened. If anyone asks what you knew and when, you can show them.

FAQ

What importers and exporters ask us first.

My forwarder already sends me updates. Why do I need this?
Because each forwarder sends them in their own format, on their own schedule, into one person's inbox. Freightneo puts every shipment from every forwarder on one list your whole team can see, with milestones that arrive from the carrier feed without anyone asking.
Do my forwarders have to use Freightneo?
No. Nothing changes on their side. You add the shipment from the B/L or booking they already send you. If you want them to log a step the carrier does not report, you send them an update link. No account, no seat to pay for.
What if a carrier is not supported?
The shipment still works. Major ocean and air carriers update by themselves. For the rest, you, your forwarder or your supplier enter the steps through a link. A step someone types counts exactly the same as one from a carrier feed.
Can I share a shipment with my buyer or my warehouse?
Yes. Every shipment has a page you can send as a link. You choose what it asks for before it opens: nothing at all, an email address, a passcode, or a code sent to their email. Every open is logged, so you know it reached them.
How is my shipment data protected?
Your shipment data is yours. Only the people you invite to your workspace can see it, and you decide what appears on a link before you share it. Data is isolated per company at the database itself, and every update is kept, never overwritten.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up with your email, drop in a B/L, see the shipment. There is no setup fee, no IT work and no training course.
