What forwarders ask us first.

Do I need to replace my current system?
No. Freightneo works alongside what you already use, whether that is your current software, spreadsheets or email. There is nothing to move across, and you can stop at any time without unpicking anything.
What if my carrier is not supported?
The shipment still works. Major ocean and air carriers update by themselves. For the rest, you or your overseas agent enter the steps. Your agent opens a link you send and does not need an account. A shipment is never left blank because of who is carrying it.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They open a link in any browser. You choose what it asks for: nothing at all, an email address, a passcode, or a code sent to their email. There is no password to create and nothing to install.
How is my shipment data protected?
Your shipment data is yours. Only the people you invite to your workspace can see it, and you decide what appears on a tracking link before you share it. Every time a link is opened, it is recorded, so you always know who has seen what. We handle personal data to recognised data-protection standards, and the full detail is on our Privacy Policy page.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up with your email, create a shipment, send the link. There is no setup fee, no IT work and no training course.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
